01

Kindergarten
(3-5 years old)

In early childhood, we want our learners to experience a personalised learning journey, which nurtures and develops social, emotional and academic skills for preschool. Under the careful guidance of our experienced teaching staff, there is no limit to unleashing each learner’s potential.

They learn to be happy, have fun, feel safe and grow in confidence. There will be a lot of hands-on and interactive activities which offers our students the opportunity for incredible cognitive, as well as social and emotional growth. We believe that children learn best in an environment that allows them to be children. Therefore, we create an environment which allows our students to explore and participate in the learning process developing a genuine interest to know more. By the time students have completed their course, they are ready for a more formal approach to the basic subjects at Primary Year 1.

Primary: Year 1 - 6
(6 – 11 years old)

Primary times are definitely the fun years in school life. Our young students learn through play, exploration and lessons that are stimulating and enjoyable. Our expert teachers ensure students are taught in a nurturing environment that encourages their natural curiosity in the world around them. Our curriculum reflects a balance of academic learning alongside non-academic development. With us, it is very crucial to learn languages. The additional language will be Mandarin and Malay. The school provides Cambridge Primary, a world-class curriculum to develop learner skills and understanding in English, Mathematics and Science. It enables teachers to assess children’s learning as they progress with two optional assessments: Cambridge Primary Progression Tests and Cambridge Primary Checkpoint. Cambridge Primary Checkpoint tests have been designed to assess learners at the end of Year 6. Assessments are conducted for English, Mathematics and Science, and provide valuable feedback regarding students’ strengths and weaknesses before they progress to the next stage of education. The tests are marked in Cambridge and provide schools with an external international benchmark for student performance. Each student receives a statement of achievement and a diagnostic feedback report, giving schools detailed information and parents extra trust in the feedback they receive.

Subjects Offered

Lower Secondary: Year 7 - 9 (12 – 14 years old)

We encourage students to take an active role by creating their own personal learning journey that reflects their abilities and interests. This involves more enquiry and problem-solving based learning and such increases the opportunities for independent learners to make decisions on their own. We also encourage students to engage with the community at local, national and international level. Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint tests have been designed to assess learners at the end of Cambridge Lower Secondary. The tests are marked in Cambridge and provide schools with an external international benchmark for student performance. By helping students to think critically and creatively, overcome adversity, we create versatile young adults ready to move on to Year 10.
